What is Launch Lockdown?
Launch Lockdown shields distracting apps while a mission is in flight, using Apple's FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity APIs (Screen Time). You pick which apps to ground. Shields lift the moment the mission ends or you abort.
