Short version: Orbital Focus is a focus timer. Use it kindly. Apple's standard App Store terms apply.

License

Orbital Focus is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the app you agree to those terms: Apple Licensed Application EULA.

Purchases & subscriptions

The core app is free. Premium is an optional upgrade sold through the App Store as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings. Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Fair use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its services. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Orbital Focus is a productivity aid. It is not medical advice or treatment.
